Travis Paul Combs

Travis Paul Combs, 36, of Garrett, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024 at home. Travis was born September 16, 1987 in Fort Wayne. He was the owner of Combs Mechanical & HVAC. Family was his foundation and he enjoyed spending time with them. He also enjoyed  family vacations, sports and spending time at the lake with his friends and was known to be the life of the party. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Tammy and Thomas Slone of Garrett; siblings  Philip Combs of Garrett,  Dennis Pierson of Garrett,  Jackie Hamilton of Fort Wayne, Shari Kapp of Churubusco, Cassie Griffin of Hamilton, Jeremy Henderson of Garrett, Christina Picklesimer of Auburn, Brian John Ellis of Garrett, and Kenny New of Corunna; companion, Megan Brown of Auburn; step children, Tucker Brown and Hanna Brown both of Auburn; siblings at heart, David Boltz, Clay Claybaugh, Chris Roberts, Daniel Parrett, Josh Fulk, Jaeleen Thompson, Leon Hicks, Joey Smith, and Michelle Woods;  and a tremendous amount of nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Scott “Scooter” Ray Combs. Visitation for Travis will be held on Monday, March 4, 2024 from 4-8 p.m. at Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services 502 N. Main Street, Auburn. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Corunna Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
