Virginia L Frankenstein

Virginia L. Frankenstein, 91, of Kendallville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Lutheran Life Villages in Kendallville.

Virginia was born on Jan. 5, 1933, in Ashley, Indiana.

She was very talented and had a love for music and playing the piano. She also enjoyed drawing, coloring, and spending time watching birds.

Virginia was of German descent and was known for her socializing and enjoying a cold beer with her family and friends.

She is survived by a sister, Juanita Corkwell, of Ellenton, Florida; brother, Hugh Voges, of Kendallville; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph E. Frankenstein; parents, John and Nealla Voges; sisters, Norma Wolfe, Delores Peckhart and Bertha Maurer; brothers, Dean Voges and Glen Voges.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. to noon, with a funeral service to follow at noon, at Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services, 502 N. Main St., Auburn.

Memorial donations may be made to Lutheran Life Villages, Kendallville.

Burial will be held at Fairfield Cemetery, Corunna.
